For only the second year, we asked you to nominate specialist tour operators you have used in addition to your regular tour operator. This year's winner in the specialist category is the Italian authority Citalia, with top marks for reliability (92.50) and flexibility of arrangements (87.50). Greaves Travel came in at second place thanks in part to its first-hand-knowledge of destination (96) and service/staff (96), while Cazenove & Loyd is best for range of accommodation (94.36) and Journey Latin America for its level of expertise (90).
